Natural variation

Natural stones, pearls and wood differ in pattern, translucency, color and surface character. These variations are part of the material, not defects.

Daily care

Put jewelry on after fragrance, lotion and cosmetics. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercise and sleep. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store pieces separately.

Metal finishes

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. Use a silver polishing cloth lightly. For vermeil or plated finishes, avoid abrasive cleaners and repeated friction.

Sizing

For bracelets, wrap a soft tape around the wrist without pulling tight, then add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit. For necklaces, compare the listed length with a cord placed at your preferred drop.

Order requests

The current website accepts order requests rather than immediate card payment. We confirm availability, production timing, shipping destination and payment method by email before an order becomes binding.

Shipping

Available destinations, carriers, costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed before payment. International customers may be responsible for local duties and taxes.

Returns

Return eligibility and the return address are confirmed with the order. Personalized, resized or made-to-order pieces may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from the confirmed order.

Contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
